The Zayed National Museum designed by architects Foster & Partners forms part of a brand new cultural development masterplan on Saadiyat Island in Abu Dhabi, UAE. The British Museum is providing TDIC with expert advice for the development of the museum. Together with the new Louvre Abu Dhabi (by Jean Nouvel), Guggenheim Abu Dhabi (by Frank Gehry) and the Performing Arts Centre (by Zahah Hadid) the Saadiyat Cultural District project is set to become one of the most exciting cultural developments in recent times and opens in 2014.

Museum project management provision consisted of the following:

  • Project initiation.
  • 50% & 100% Design revisions of architectural plans.
  • Programme planning and monitoring.
  • Internal team co-ordination.
  • Gantt chart preparation and timeline monitoring.
  • Progress reports.
